We’ve got exciting news! Our Grand Opening of Reflections at Poppy Lane took place on Saturday, October 30, 2021.
As soon as people arrived, Halloween costumes were everywhere as Poppy Lane residents met their future neighbors. After waiting in the opening line for two hours before the event, guests got to enjoy Halloween treats and the California sunshine as they took in all the possibilities. Tours were held to give potential residents a view into their future living in one of the most desired communities in the greater Sacramento area. Afterward, many left with light in their eyes as they made the next steps towards their forever home.
Easy to say, it was a smashing success!

Residence Two
Measuring at approximately 2,352 square feet is our Residence Two home. Similar to our Residence One home, it has a two car garage and an optional California room. Residence Three
Our biggest of our Reflections residences is Residence Three. Measuring in at approximately 2,755 square feet, this floorplan has four bedrooms and three baths. Differing from the previous two residences, this residence has an optional loft or fifth bedroom depending on your preference. Also, it has a two-car garage and the popular California room option! Lastly, this residence is the perfect layout for entertaining and has enough room that everyone can have their space.
